I turned on my Nest Hub and the display screen was black. After trying to reset it (turning it on and off multiple times, and resetting it), the screen turned green and horizontal green bands appears.
The display is not showing up at all.
This device is only one year old and was a gift so I can’t return it

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's sort this out.
Are you still using the original power cable and adapter? Try moving your device to a different outlet. If the issue persists, could you fill out this form and let us know once you're done.
