My nest has a black box floating on the screen with occasional horizontal green lines colouring the display.
I have followed the advice to factory reset after powering the device off but the display problem persists and I now cannot reconnect the device due to the display problem.
The audio was fine as was the Google assistant so it seems to be a display issue o ly.
I bought the device a little over 12.months Ago and I have a 1st Feb device that has not shown any issues.
