Hello! I got my NEST HUB GEN last February 2023. It was just working perfectly fine but just last weekend I’ve noticed the black screen. At first google was still responsive to my command but after multiple times of reboot and factory reset, google is not responsive anymore. Still with black screen after a week of letting it rest. Can it be replaced? Hoping from a response from your team.
