Any suggestions on the sound being crackled and exactly like a blown speaker ? Was like this out of the box.

I just opened the one I got for Christmas it’s a blue mini and it sounds like a blown speaker.

The wires are damaged or the battery is dying. This is a common problem with speakers out of the box. Make sure isn't is damaged or used by anyone else before you bought it. Try the diy repair it or take it to a professional.
