We are in the Netherlands ans the broadcast funtion works perfectly across all our speakers. The function to broacast to specific speaker doesnt work for us. I noticed the disclaimer that this ‘broadcast to’ function only works in english. So even when pronounced in english, it doesnt work.
is there a work around ?
I hope you're able to see RachelGomez123 response because it is correct. Also, just so we're on the same page, what is the exact command you've given why the broadcast feature works across all speakers? May I know what Nest speakers you have? Are they in a speaker group? Was it working before? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help. You could also check out this guide for more information and troubleshooting.

thanks for following up. I did notice and try the tips in the reply. Unfortunately it didn’t work. We have the Nest Mini speaker (Firmwareversie van systeem: 324896 Firmwareversie van Cast: 1.56.324896 ) and they are all registered under my account. It’s the Nest Mini. speaker. I have 3. Command that work are e.g. ‘Hey Google, broadcast, kids come down’ and then all speakers get the message. But perhaps it’s because we live in the Netherlands and it’s only available in English (speaking countries?). Tried the broadcast to “device-name” or broadcast in “room-name”.
