My device is now stuck in Recovery Mode boot loop and is now bricked. Is it possible to get it replaced?

Sorry to hear about this. Have you already tried performing a complete reset to your device? If not, let's try it first and see if this would make any difference. Also, do you still remember when and where did you purchase your Google Nest Hub so we can check your warranty options?

I had done a reset, but it still went back to "Recovery Mode" after it's restarted.

I’m sorry to hear that the issue persists. Let’s further look into it. Are you still using the official power cord that came with your Google Nest Hub? Have you also tried to plug it in a different wall outlet? If possible, can you also send a video showing the Recovery mode boot loop? You can share here the file link as a reply.
