Can't communicate with Nest Mini

Thank you for your message. That is not great to hear that you are unable to communicate with your Google Nest Mini. I would be more than happy to help get your device working and connected. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this situation.

• How are you trying to connect to your Google Nest Mini?
• Are you trying to set up your Google Nest Mini?
• Is your Google Nest Mini on the same WiFi network as your other devices?
• Did you download the Google Home App?
• Are you seeing any error messages? If so, what do you see?
• Have you tried to do a reboot and a Factory Data Reset on the Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements?
