Why does my music alarm only sound for a minute then snooze itself?

I’ve read through a bunch of forums and websites and even tried resetting it and it still only plays my music alarms for a minute then snoozes itself.

Apologies for late reply. I don't know why it is happening for you. Have you set any short alarm tone / sound. Please check that.
