Can't access apps list on Nest Hub 2nd Gen

Kia ora. I have just bought a Nest Hub 2nd Gen and am trying to setup apps, but swipping up only shows the core settings list - No apps or 'show all'.

The device is running:

• Chrome cast firmware 1.56.276689
• Software version 45.0.26.############

which appear to be later than the official firmware production release:

•  1.56.265669.

Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

@frances Can you help me? Also seems odd that firmware version is ahead of listed production release. A bug in the new release?

Anybody any ideas? Google Nest Display reduced functionality...?

Can anyone help please? I have the same issue.. suddenly I can't see the apps when swiping up the display hub
