Can’t connect my Nest Hub to my WiFi, tried everything still fail to connect. IP Address not connected

Thanks for the post. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not connecting to your WiFi. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution. First, I have some questions to get a better understanding of this issue. 

  • Which Google Nest Hub is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
  • Is your Google Nest Hub powering on?
  • Is your Google Nest Hub showing up in the Google Home App?
  • What kind of WiFi are you trying to connect to? A one step password only WiFi or a two step WiFi?
  • Have you tried connecting your Google Nest Hub to a mobile hotspot instead? What happens?
  • Have you taken any troubleshooting steps? If so, what have you tried?
