Can’t connect Home Mini to new router

Set up Home Mini and worked great then our ISP changed us from DSL to cable modem and now can’t connect Home Mini!

Thank you for your message. Let's find a solution together to get your Google Nest Mini connected to WiFi so that you can listen to your favorite music. I would be more than happy to help you. First, I have some questions.

  • Are you seeing any error messages on the Google Home App? 
  • Have you tried connecting your device to a mobile hotspot? What happens?
  • Is your WiFi a one step process or is it two or more login steps?
  • Can you do a Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Hub? Is there any improvement?
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
