@abiarris75

Did you by any chance have a Google Home/Nest Hub on a previous Wi-Fi network and are now trying to move it to your new Wi-Fi network? Google Nest doesn't make this easy. You usually have to remove or "forget" the Google Nest device in the Google Home app (or the Google Nest app) and then do a factory  reset while you are still on the old Wi-Fi network. Google's recommendation to get around this is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values on your old router/modem to avoid issues. We did this when we got a new router/modem and had no issues. (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9223711?hl=en#zippy=%2Ctry-the-same-network-name-and-pa...)

I don't know whether this will help, but these are Google Nest's instructions to "Change the Wi-Fi network of your Google speaker or display":

If you can't resolve it, you could try contacting Google Nest Support: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
