Can’t connect to new sky Wi-Fi

Can’t connect my nest hub to my new Wi-Fi. Tried factory reset. Tried deleting app and reinstalling. Gets to trying to connect and fails. Previously used Virgin now on Sky router. Can’t think what to do next. 
It’s the nest with the 2 volume buttons on the back.

Did you first remove your Nest Hub from your Google Home app before doing the factory reset?

You could also try setting your new router/modem to the same network name (SSID) and password used on your old router/modem. Since updating Wi-Fi settings on Google Nest devices, this is Google Nest's first recommendation.
