Can’t connect to new sky Wi-Fi

Can’t connect my nest hub to my new Wi-Fi. Tried factory reset. Tried deleting app and reinstalling. Gets to trying to connect and fails. Previously used Virgin now on Sky router. Can’t think what to do next. It’s the nest with the 2 volume buttons o...
