Can’t factory reset

Have followed all instructions and videos on factory reset. I keep getting two and four white lights which keep turning on and off. No Orange light after switching to mute.  No results from pressing on reset spot for more than 25 seconds. I do not get anything at all from speaker. It is powered up. Please help

When did it start happening? Were there any changes or updates on your network or devices before it happened? Are you still using the original power cable or adapter? If so, try unplugging your device overnight.
