Hi!
I have one Nest Hub 2nd generation and three Nest audio devices. When I ask to nest audio to make a call to a contact (in spanish), they do start the call and my contacts receive the call via "Google Meet". But when I ask to the Nest Hub 2 to make the call, the Nest Hub doesn't make the call and keeps saying "Parece que ese contacto no puede recibir llamdas de DUO. Puedes invitar a tus contactos mediante la app de Duo en tu telefono", which tranlated to english is something like "It seems that contact can't receive call of DUO. You can invite your contacts through the DUO app in your phone".
So, why is Nest Hub 2 having that strange behaviour? It doesnt matter if I specify "make an audio call to" instead of just "make a call to", it keeps saying that the contact cant receive audio calls of DUO.
Should my contacts install another app (DUO) if they already have Meet? Why? I mean, it's very unreliable that the calls work ok from the audio devices but not from the Nest Hub 2.
What do i have to do to make the Hub 2 work properly for calls?

Thanks for visiting the Community. We'd love to help.
Please try saying the command in English to see if it works. If not, perform a factory reset on your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). During the setup process, configure the video calling for the display. Once done, call your contacts again.
