Responds with “I don’t know” when asked what weather is like or what time is it.

Recently when we ask the Nest Hub a basic question like “what is the weather like” or even “what time is it?” It just responds “I don’t know” and then pulls up a google search page. I have our address plugged in and it shows the weather and time correctly on the display. Tried factory reset, anything else I should check?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

Please inform me if your Google Nest Hub answers when you include your location when asking for the time and weather. If it does, try changing your Assistant language. Here are the steps: open the Google Home app > Choose the Account icon at the upper right > Tap on Assistant settings > Assistant language > Set the primary language to either English US or CA.
