Can't start music or NPR or anything using voice

Hello, about a month ago our newest Nest Hub won't play NPR or YouTube Music or anything. It keeps saying, "Sorry, Something went wrong please try again in a few seconds"

We have been so reliant on this for news. Now about the only thing we can do is get the weather and look at our pictures. I can still stream music to it when starting it from my phone but cannot start anything with voice. I have definitely rebooted several times and nothing has helped.

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues with your Google Nest Hub (2nd gen). Let's try to get to the bottom of this. A few questions: how far is your Nest display from your router? Do you have a dual-band router? What is the make and model of your router?

To eliminate network issues, try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other to be used to set up your Nest display).
