My problem is exactly like the one described in this post, with the exception that I use Android, whereas the OP of this post uses iOS:
Nest-Hub-Will-Not-Display-Webpages
I originally had set up the filter for supervised accounts and guests (But I do not currently have any supervised accounts attached to my family) so that filtered videos and music were available, news and podcasts were available, as well as calls, all answers, and websites were available.
This is actually the same way that I had it set up for my original Google Nest hub, and I had the same issue. It died before I had a chance to pursue troubleshooting.
I did all of the troubleshooting offered to the OP of the other thread. I have disabled digital wellness completely, turned websites on and off, etc. I do not want to permanently turn off the filters for videos and music because I have two young children in the house who frequently engage with the hub semi-unsupervised, but I do want to get to the bottom of this glitch.
Fingers crossed that you y'all have figured out the issue since March of last year!
