Hi,
I have Globe suite (for my smart plugs) connected to my Home app for several years without issue. As of this month March, I can no longer control them with my voice (ie OK Google Turn on/Off couch light). I can see the lights in the Home app and control them there just fine, but when I ask my Hub or minis to turn on or off it gives me the something went wrong here are some other things you can try message every time.

I still see Glove Suite listed in the services menu in the Google Home app. I would try unlinking Globe Suite and then relink to see if that helps. Connect smart home devices in the Google Home app - Google Nest Help

Thank you for the quick reply. I have done that twice already and still no luck. I can control the plug/lights in the home app, but I cannot control via voice.

Hmmm, have you reached out to Global's support to see if they have any known issues?
