Cannot play Spotify on my nest hub 2nd

Today when I was in the office, I played used Google chrome web browser to cast YouTube music to my office music group, which includes 1 nest hub 2nd and 1 nest hub max. the connection was not good, music got stopped on and off  so I wanted to switch back to Spotify, while the youtube music was still playing, I selected the speaker as office speaker group within the Spotify app to connect to the nest hubs on my computer, both nest hubs' screens then turned black. I can't play Spotify on the hub devices anymore after that, not from turning on the app directly on the nest hub or casting the music from my phone or computer. Then I went home and tried my other 2 Google nest hubs 2nd and a Google mino but still didn't work either, somehow Google Chromecast worked though. I tried to factory reset 1 of the nest hub 2nd but that didn't work, I also clear the cache and data of the Google home app and the Spotify app on my phone but that didn't help either. Anyone knows what to do can give me a hand? Thank you!!

I finally figured it out, I tried to factory reset my nest hub and clear the cache and data of my phone of google home app and spotify app but none of them worked. then I got on to the google chrome web browser and cleared the cookies and history of the browser. and it finally worked again!!
