Cannot removfe offline nest hub max

My Nest Hub Max is offline, but I can't remove it from my Google Home app.  Is there another way?

If, after that, you are not able to remove the device, you can try to factory reset the Google Nest Hub Max; just remember that after a factory reset, all the settings and information will be deleted from your device.
