My Nest Hub Max is offline, but I can't remove it from my Google Home app. Is there another way?

Here are some steps that you can try on the Google Home app, and after that, you can try to remove the device again:
If, after that, you are not able to remove the device, you can try to factory reset the Google Nest Hub Max; just remember that after a factory reset, all the settings and information will be deleted from your device. That means that you would need to set up the device again on the Google Home app.
