I am setting up my Nest Hub (2nd Gen) and while going through the tutorial, I am unable to swipe left from my photo frame to my home screen. I am only able to swipe up to the settings bar (6 options at the bottom). It appears other people have had this issue as well. Is there a fix?

I've factory reset and still had the same issue

Having same issue can’t swipe left or can’t swipe down. Can not thing I can do is swipe from the bottom up. I have tried the reset and still didn’t work?

Me too. Customer service can't seem to help me either yet.

I just got off the phone with google. They had me unplug from the wall for 1 minute and plug it back in and it worked.
