I have a model H1A nest hub that won’t connect to the wifi. It was connected previously and worked fine. Then it lost connection and on a factory reset it worked again. Now nothing will let it connect. My other google devices at home such as gen 2 nest mini work fine.
our wifi is with see the light fibre broadband if that’s makes any difference but have no connection issues with other products so believe the fault may lie with the nest hub

i recently changed broadband and now my google divices will not work on the new provider.The work if i use a tp link extender but not directly to the router? Can anyone please help me.

Hi Ai, yes I’ve tried factory resetting it a few times and it always has the same issue and can’t connect to the wifi. I’m fairly certain the device has a fault as it won’t connect to a mobile hotspot either
