Hey Papop,

Thanks for reaching out — let me help you out.

A few questions: are you able to set up your Google Nest Hub Max to your new network? Are you using a private or public network? Also, are you getting message when streaming your Nest Hub Max camera?

Try these steps:

  • Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
  • If you're able to set up the Nest Hub Max, follow these steps in setting up the your Nest Hub Max’s Nest Cam
  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. Select the Nest Hub Max.
  3. At the bottom, tap Set up Nest Cam.
  4. Follow the on-screen directions and when prompted, use a mobile device’s camera to scan the QR Code displayed on your device.
  • If the issue persists, try resetting your Nest Hub Max to its default settings.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Alex
