Hi,
Yesterday all my google devices just stopped working. Cant get them to function properly since then. I have tried everything. Maybe someone here can point me in the right direction. I think it is something with the network connection. I have done several factory resets of both my google home (the cylinder one) and three nest minis 2nd gen, I have restarted and reset my router, but still doesnt work. The wifi works with our smartphones and computers, but the smart TV is down as well.. Can you see anything in this log that points to the problem???
Especially these two lines come up all the time...
[com.google.Home.CastSDK] [GCKDevice.m:234] [-[GCKDevice setEndpointDeviceID:]] Cast device's endpointDeviceID doesn't exist in database.
[com.google.Home.CastSDK] [ERROR] [GCKDatabase.m:652] [-[GCKDatabase newDeviceInfoWithEndpointDeviceID:]] Invalid endpointDeviceID (length is 0)
Thanks / Niklas (Stockholm, Sweden)

Hi Nikcar78,
This is not the experience we want you to have; let us help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers and third-party smart devices are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? What country are you located in?
It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:
Keep us posted.
Best,
Dan

Hi again, ok problem solved, or kind of... As I suspected, it was something wrong with the router. No idea what or how, but a new router solved all the problems instantly. So, im putting this behind me and moving on. Thanks anyway!

Hey Nikcar78,
Awesome — glad to hear that your issue is fixed. It looks like I can consider this thread complete. Feel free to create a new one if you have more questions or other concerns in the future.
