Change default Youtube account on Nest Hub (2nd gen)

When playing YouTube videos my Nest Hub defaults to my roommate's account. However I have YT premium so we want it to default to my account. How can we change the default account? We both have the Google Home app and are in the same "home." I don't mind changing the default account for the entire device and not just YT.
