Change over to new internet service

This is day 3 trying to switch to a new internet service. I was able to connect my other devices successfully right away. But not my nest. I have tried all support suggestions a hundred times. I finally found a phone # to call and have been on hold for 2 hours. Terrible support!, please call me  thanks

Hi @Markwhelan 

You might have to do a factory reset. Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays - Google Nest Help
