I don't know if this is the correct forum to voice this question, but ADT has proven to be completely inept and useless when trying to get help or find information. I had a security system installed a few months ago, and during the set up, there was a place where I had to create a pin for Google to access the ADT devices. I'm using the regular old ADT app, which is distinct from PULSE, which is what I've been directed to use before - I cannot complete set up for pulse because I don't have a special piece of equipment, which they should know. ANYWAY - I gave the pin to a dog sitter, and while I don't consider this person to be a threat or anything, it would be nice to be able to change this pin going forward. I think I've clicked everything in the google home app, and can't get anywhere with it.
