This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: 


  1. Which Nest speakers are we working with? 
  2. Is the Google Home device within 15 to 20 feet of the router? 
  3. Which app is being used to play music?
  4. Has another music app been tested?
    1. If yes, does the issue also occur with this app?
  5. Are you able to play the same music on another device without any issues
  6. When did the issue begin?
  7. Were any changes made to the network or any electronics devices placed near the Google Home device?
    1. If yes, what changes were made or what electronic devices were moved?
  8. Is your router a dual band router?


It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 


  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Nest speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
