I've always been able to cast both ITVX (ITV Hub) and BBC iplayer to my non-internet TV from my laptop using google chrome. But recently BBC Iplayer is fine but ITV X comes up as a black screen. If I select "Cast Screen" instead of "Cast Tab" I then see the Google surrounds - toolbars etc but the centre is blacked out. I can immediately switch back to BBC with no problems. This happens with Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

Anything to do with trying to get me to sign up to ad-free?

Any ideas please?

• Have you tried restarting your laptop?
