Is there a possibility to customize your clock? I have a grandmother who has dementia and it would be nice if she could see the date, time and possibly slideshow of reminders. Is this possible?

Thank you for reaching out. Yes there is a way to customize your clock. I would be more than happy to help send you over to those settings! 
 
To access the settings you will:

  3. Tap Photo frame.
In the photo frame section, you can choose from your favorite albums in Google Photos, enjoy the art gallery, or select from a variety of full-screen traditional and abstract clocks to show while your device is idle. You can also get notifications on your display about upcoming events, commute, reminders, flights and packages.
