Community Specialist asked for details, but thread is now locked and I can't reply?

Hi Google,

One of your Community Specialists (@Juni) reached out to me in a thread, asking for details of my device in this thread: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/Nest-hub-not-displaying-Nest-camera-fee...

However, the thread appears to be locked, and I can't reply!!

Can you help?

monahank, thanks for posting again. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you. Please fill out this Contact us form with all the needed information, and then let me know once done. Lastly, could you provide us with your device's firmware version? Check out the steps below on how to get it:

 

  1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
  2. Open the Google Home app Google Home app.
  3. Tap your device's tile.
  4. At the top right, tap Settings and then Device information.
  5. Under "Technical information," find Cast firmware: X.XXX.XXXXX.
