Connect to the cable but not working no light no Sound

I bought Google Assistant 10 days ago suddenly it stopped working i tried to connect cable many time but there is no sound , no Light even nothing happened.

i don’t know whats happened help me.

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Before we start some steps, could you please confirm what type of Google Nest speaker you are using? If your device is included in this list, let's try these steps:

1. Check power source - try to plug in the device directly on a power outlet. Try using a different power outlet to test.
2. Make sure to use the original power cable that comes with it. If you have another speaker, you can also try using its power cable to compare.
