Connection but then errors

HK citation 100 speaker won’t finish connection to wifi.  It shows connected on g home app for 1 or 2 seconds and then shows “Something Went Wrong” check privacy settings for local assess. The google home app is set for local Net work access and I have no privacy restrictions on my google account screen. iPhone and speaker on same wifi.

Sounds like a faulty Mb\Wifi on the speakers, this issue seems common with the HK brand,
