Hi All,
Just received a Nest Hub Max and trying to setup but facing some problems.
I can connect no problems during the initial setup but when connecting to my Wi-Fi I am getting "Connection problem during setup" on the Google Home App and "Check Internet Connection" on the Hub. Have tried different Wi-Fi networks with the same result. Seen a few other people with the same issue but no clear way on resolving. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Note: my Wi-Fi is setup with a Static IP....

Still having the same issues but wanted to give an update:
- Now using DHCP
- Turned off 5GHz Wifi band
Still the issue persists! Anyone have any thoughts or see this before??

So many threads in here are crickets. What is the deal with this forum? Do Google support even read it? Feels like a waste of time.
