Connection

My google home speakers X2, my google home mini X2 and both chrome casts stop working. I have factory re set at devices and my Telstra Modem. Powered of all devices and modem for over 10 minutes. Removed devies from my google home app and started again. When I try to connect any device it connects, you here the sound from the speaker to comfirm and then my modem does not show up in the list to complete the final step. My neighbours Telstra modem does show up. Initially before a prevoius reset my modem did show up but an  error would occur when connecting. Reset everything again and now I can not even get that far. Everything I have read does not solve this problem. I am only having issues with google devices. Sonos speakers and lights snd any other devices are fine.
