I have been able to connect the Nest Audio to 2 different routers but I am not able to connect it to the one I need it connected to. The 2 routers that I was able to connect to are home routers - Netgear.
The one I can't connect to is at a skilled care facility. I don't know the type or routers they have there. They have hot spots all over the facility and I was within the specified distance to one of the hot spots. The Nest Audio would indicate Connected then go to a screen after that indicating that it didn't connect and offered troubleshooting which I tried but I couldn't reset the router since it was not something I was allowed to do.
I have been able to connect 3 different Amazon Echos to the routers there.
Has anyone else had any issues like this? I am no where near the facility at this time to actually try anything but would like some suggestions to try before I return the Nest Audio.

Hello.
I'm having the same issue at home: 4 G home devices, but now the new nest does not connect to wifi, I'm not able to configure It.
