Hi
I have a variety of Google speakers through the home, all of which recognise both my voice and my wife’s.
I recently added a Hub Max to the home - everything on the same wifi network, the Hub Max only recognises me.
I set it up from my iPad - if I reset it and set up in the same ‘home’ using my wife’s iPad it only recognises her.
All our other 9 devices seem able to tell us apart - Just not the Hub Max.
I have factory reset everything today and set all up again as a ‘new’ home - but still the same issue
Any suggestions appreciated

Add it from a device belongs to the account you want to be the default. Now from the home app on each person connected to your Home, activate voice match for the hub. Basically each person has to opt in for voice match on each device. Same thing with facial recognition.

Hi Kiltguy… thanks.
Tried your suggestion - I reset the hub and added it in from my device/account. Then added my voice match for my wife, from her phone and ticked the box for the hub.
now when she asks the hub “who am I - it says it needs to recognise her - shows a QR code that only goes to the download page for the google home ap. All other google speakers can ID her?

When I added my wife and daughter to our hubs, I had to have them use the home app on their phones and go through the motions of setting up voice match for each hub. The only thing they didn't have to do was the actual voice training. Both ng changed on the existing devices.
