Correcting time

When I ask google, “what time is it?” It correctly responds with the correct time. 
When I say, “Hey Google set alarm for 1 hour from now”. It sets it for the current time. 
For example, it is 4:20pm. I ask for alarm in 1 hour now. Google responds “Ok, Alarm set for 4:20”.

it should be setting and saying 5:20pm.

How do I correct?

I'm sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. I understand it can be quite confusing having your Google Assistant set alarms for the wrong time, but I'm happy to look into this.

First off, what troubleshooting steps have you taken? 

This may be an issue with the app itself, so I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app and updates. Also make sure you're in the right timezone as well.
