Could not communicate with your Nest Hub

I am trying to connect Google Nest to my home network. I've followed online Google troubleshooting and still get message, "Can't connect to WiFi".

Thanks for your message. I am sorry to hear that your Google Nest Hub is not connecting to your WiFi. I understand your concern and would be more than happy to help find a solution. 

 

  • I just wanted to double check, have you tried to do a Factory Data Reset
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
