My issue solved. It turn out that the problem was my one plus 7 pro phone. I don't now why, but it cannot link my hue bridge. Tried with an iphone, and job is done.

Hi gmertugrul,
Have you tried saying "Hey Google, sync devices" or "Hey Google, sync Phillips Hue" to your assistant?

Yep, unfortunately didn't work

Let me check with others to see if this is a known issue.

Had similar issues , turns out the Philips hue hub was too far from the lights it wanted to control. Once I moved it, everything ran smooth!

I don't think this is the problem, because hue app is working perfect, and 2 of my lights are inches away from hue bridge

I have the same problem. Some time ago, Philips Hue and Google home just stopped to work together, says I need to configure, but when I try, it says it does not find the Philips Bridge. I just restarted the whole bridge with the restart button, had to configure every single lamp and room, same problem. What to do?

Hi. I disconected everything, started up the bridge as new, and had to reinstall all my lamps and rooms, then it worked

I have tried this option before i shared the post, sadly didn't work for me.

I just started to experience the same thing - I've added new device to my shelly cloud, that device did not appear in Google Home. So I've unlinked the Shelly Cloud, but when I wanted to add it back in via "Works with google", all I'm getting the "Could not reach Shelly Cloud. Please try again".
I randomly tried to add various services, for example Foscam or any other, I'm still getting just that "Could not reach ***" toast message.
Seems to be somehow related to OnePlus, because it's not working my Nord phone, but at the same time it's working fine on my girlfriend's Samsung.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for responding.
Let's make sure that the all lights are updated. Also, since there is a new update on the Home app, make sure that the version that you're using is version 2.53.

I've tried with 3 phones... Does not connect. iPhone XS, LG V35, Oppo 10x Zoom. I have a single Hue bluetooth lamp though, not a bridge. Some days ago it used to work though. Then I removed Hue from Google Home. Now I cannot reconnect it.

Hi whoever81,
Thanks for responding.
Can you try first to unlik your Philips Hue account from the Home app, reboot your network by unplugging the router from the power source, and lastly link back Hue account on the Home app.
This should be able to resove this.
Let me know how it goes.

Problem is I cannot link my Philips Hue account to the Home app. Therefore I cannot unlink it...

Hi whoever81,
Thanks for clarifying.
Did you check if you were able to login successfully on Philips Hue's website using your account credentials? Let's go ahead and try that first and let me know how it goes.

Hi,
I had the same Issue, but în Hue app cannot enable out of Home control, message Cannot reach bridge, plus în hue account Page bridge was not shown.
For me worked to just login în the hue account, delete the Home and all the apps, create a New Home then re-add the bridge.
