Thank you for reaching out. Oh no! That is not great to hear that your Google Nest Hub Max device is not connecting. I would be more than happy to look into this issue and help find a solution. First, I have some questions.

  • What is your Google Nest Hub Max not connecting to?
    • WiFi? Your phone? An app?
  • Is this the first time you are setting up your Google Nest Hub Max?
  • What country are you located in?
  • Is your Google Nest Hub Max showing up as connected in the Google Home App?
  • Are you on the same WiFi network as your other devices?
  • Can you please try to do a reboot and Factory Data Reset on your Google Nest Mini? Are there any improvements? 
    • A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings. 
    • Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
