Cracking noise

I dont know why i hear cracking noises every time im listening to music, but when i restar the device the sound dessapear for 5 or 6 hours and the comeback

This is not the experience we want you to have; let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? How often does it happen in a day? Does the cracking noise only happen when playing music under a specific music service?

Since rebooting your Nest device just gives you a temporary fix, you might need to revert your device back to its default settings by doing a factory reset. Depending on the device that you have, please refer to this link for instructions on how to do the factory reset.

Im using nest audio, thr cracking noise is everyday when i listen to music, and i already did a factory reset

Please try to listen to the news and radio and see if the cracking noises persist. Also, observe if the issue occurs when answering general questions.
