Tengo el Nest Hub y acabo de notar que al poner una alarma para que se repita diariamente me aparece de la siguiente manera:

MMXVVSS

En lugar de aparecer

LMXJSD

¿Alguna solución?

Hi there Apodo,

Thanks for reaching out to our community.

It must be confusing to set up an alarm if you see these days instead of the ones you need. But don't worry, let's figure it out.

Can you let me know where specifically you are trying to set up these alarms? Do you see these letters when setting up in the Nest Hub or the Google Home app?

My first recommendation would be to perform a restart by unplugging the hub from the power source and leaving it unplugged for 1 minute, then plug it back in and check if that makes the days of the week go back to normal.

I would also suggest making sure that your current language region is the same as the one you're using on your phone and the one you need to use (in this case, Spanish) as the Nest Hub might be displaying the days of another language.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Angel.

Buenas tardes @aperezdeleon

He intentado lo que me has comentado pero sigo con el mismo problema.

El error está en el Nest hub no en el teléfono o aplicación ,lo curioso es que ha comenzado de repente no sé si será por alguna actualización de software.

Muchas gracias

Hi there Apodo,

Thanks for getting back to me,

We haven't received any reports about the latest update causing this to happen. I will keep an eye out for more reports so we can investigate. In the meantime, I want to know: When you ask your Nest Hub via the Assistant to set a repeating alarm on, let's say, Monday, what letters are highlighted when you check the alarm on the hub?

You can also check when this alarm was set by asking your hub something like, "When is my alarm set for?"

Since the alarms aren't displaying as expected, you could also follow this article on factory resetting your Google Nest or Home speaker or display. Be aware that this will delete all information stored on the hub, so you'll need to set it up again with the Google Home app. Make sure to back up any important information before proceeding.

Let me know what you find out!

Regards,

Angel.
