Default music provider not set

Hello. I am in Israel and bought a new google nest speaker in Berlin, Germany.

After adding a new home and a new device (a speaker which has been automatically recognised as a local device) when trying to add spotify while entering “your music services” i receive a message: a default music provider is not set” with NO option to change it. So now i cant play music in my nest device.bplease assist. Regards

I got the same issue, when I go to the music services option in Google Home appp, there ain’t any music services available to link, only got the option of “No default”

Please note that we can only guarantee the full functionalities of the Google Home/Nest speakers or displays in those countries where they are officially released, and Israel is not one of them. You can try to change the assistant language on your phone to EN_US or UK and see if that fixes the issue. Remember that this is just a workaround, and there is no guarantee that it will work.
