Hey BLT1,
Thanks for reaching out. I know how important it is for you to be able to add your Google Home Nest Hub Max again to your Google Home app. Currently, the only way that you can re-add it is to factory reset, and set up the device again. Make sure to set up the device using a phone/tablet connected to the same network.
