Different default music services on different homes

Can I set different default music services for different homes? 

I have a home that I use for Airbnb and I don't want it to use my Spotify account as the main music provider. I would like it to use Pandora. 

Whenever I change the default music provider it changes it for both of the homes. Even though they are set up as different homes in the app.

We can only set one default music provider per account in the Google Home app. As a workaround, you can set up the Airbnb home to a different email address.
