Disconnect issues

Hey! Recently bought a google home, the only problem I have is that it keeps disconnecting from the WiFi. I have tried resetting it multiple times, we have great WiFi so I know that’s not the issue.

  • What type of Google Home device do you have? You can check the "Google Nest speakers and displays" article to find out.
  • Did you receive any error messages on the app?
  • How long did the device work as intended before the issue started?
  • Where's the device placed?
  • How far is the Google Home device from the Wi-Fi router?
  • Are there any other networking devices on the network aside from the wireless router, such as an extender, repeater, or another access point?
  • What steps have you tried so far to solve the situation besides resetting the device?
