Hey! This is driving me crazy. Had our Google next hub for at least 3/4 years and all of a sudden it won’t play Disney+, keeps replying with ‘sorry something went wrong’. I did a little Reddit creeping and changed my password, tried linking in on different devices (I’m on iPhone, husband on android) but no luck! Hoping this is a ‘Google thing’ and not a ‘me’ thing, can anyone help? My two year olds are very upset they can’t ask Google to play Bluey anymore 😅 thanks so much.

I'm committed to providing you with excellent customer service and will do everything I can to help you resolve this issue. Were there any recent changes made before it started? Is the Google Home app updated?
You can try to relink the Google Home app and observe if it makes a difference. If that does not work, you can try to do a factory reset on your Google Nest Mini. This erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again.
